Position Summary
Provides day-to-day customer service to parents and volunteers. Maintains registration, advancement and Eagle records. This is a non-supervisory position.

Accountabilities

  • Cheerfully greet and serve parents and volunteers, providing superior customer service via multiple methods of communication, including phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of registration procedures and process records for registration, advancement and Eagle awards.
  • Answer phones, process daily mail and filing.

    Proficiencies

  • Windows
  • Microsoft products and aptitude for learning new software
  • General office equipment including copiers, postage machine, etc.
  • Handle multiple requests and demands on their time effectively, efficiently and in a friendly manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Must be bondable and proficient in working with money, counting change, and simple math.

    Experience & Education

  • High school graduate required with some college preferred
  • One-year experience with customer service
