Stephen Becker, District Executive, retired after 36 years of dedicated professional scouting. A party was held in his honor prior to the Executive Board meeting October 23rd, 2014. Friends, family and co-workers attended to help send Steph off on his next adventure! Thank you Steph for all of your years of service!
