Ready for an awesome adventure triathlon? Get your wart on with the Rugged Toad Adventure Tri.
This is a fun, challenging race that chucks you into nature’s awesomeness with a 4.6 mile paddle, 3.4 mile trail run and finishes with a 7.0 mile mountain bike ride. Tackle the mileage yourself, or divide and conquer with a relay team of 3.
The Course
Paddle the Cedar River from Waverly, Iowa to the Ingawanis Adventure Base, trail run through the camp, then mountain bike through Ingawanis Woodland.

WHERE: Race begins at Brookwood Park in Waverly
Registration is NOW OPEN! Sign up early, the race is capped at 100 participants. There will be no race day registrations.
Solo
Before August 10, 2015 – $50.00

Relay

August 10 through 28 – $100.00
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to: Overall Winner; Mens 1,2,3; Womens 1,2,3; Youth 1,2,3; and Relay 1,2,3; Top Kayak, Top Bike, and Top Run.
All proceeds go towards the purchase of Ingawanis Woodland.
