2018 Boy Scout Resident Camp Update

2018 Boy Scout Camp Update:

Early Bird pricing has ended. Today begins regular pricing for all scouts, except first year scouts. A first-year scout is a Webelos who transitions into a Troop before camp. First year scouts will get Early Bird pricing until May 4th. This is not an option online and must be input manually by the office. When your unit is ready to register first year scouts, if it is before May 4th, please call or come into the office and we will assist you in getting Early Bird pricing. Early Bird pricing will NOT be extended past May 4th or to any other scout beside first year scouts.

When registering online, there is no longer an option to choose a campsite, you will need to call, email or stop into the office for assistance with campsite rentals. Please note, campsites can only be reserved by a single unit IF that unit’s registered participants equal 80% of the campsite’s capacity. Otherwise, if a unit wishes to reserve a campsite that is not 80% full, campsites can and will be shared.

Boy Scout Resident Camp is tent camping only! Units are responsible for providing their own tents. Cabins will not be rentable or open for reservation. They will instead be used for programs and emergency shelters. Both uses will be determined by the Camp Director and Camp Staff for all camper’s safety and benefit.

Please consult the Leader’s Guide for pricing, dates and details about 2018 Summer Camp.
