The Winnebago Council will be closing at 2:00 pm on Wednesday December 20th. During this time, no Council staff will be available to assist customers by walk-in, phone, or email. We will return to business on Thursday the 21st at 8:30 am and will begin responding to all voicemail or email requests for assistance. Thank you for your understanding.
