Aidan Trumbauer Benefit- Silent Auction Thursday, December 6th, 2012
Come eat and bid on great gifts to raise money for Aidan Trumbauer at the Screaming Eagle Bar and Grill located at 228 East 4th Street in Waterloo, Iowa. The auction will take place in the Screaming Eagle’s lower level and the fun will begin at 5 p.m. and last till 10 p.m. Keep in mind, Christmas is right around the corner!
Aidan, who just turned 2 years old along with his two sisters, Addilyn and Olivia, will undergo surgery to remove a cyst five centimeters large in his brain. After waiting and research, the team at the University of Iowa Hospitals determined the cyst is non-cancerous.
This surgery will result the Trumbauer’s to stay in the hospital for at least 10 days post-operation and his two sisters will need to be cared for and a place to stay. The Trumbauer’s are on the list for the Ronald McDonald House in Iowa City, but it’s never a guarantee they will have a room available; so they may end up in a hotel.
Surgery is scheduled for December 18th, 2012. For the Trumbauer family, Christmas will be spent in the hospital.
If you are unable to make it to this event, but still would like to help, you may visit any Veridian Credit Union and deposit any amount to the Aidan Trumbauer Benefit Account.
*Food and drink will not be provided, but menus will be available.
