Scouts BSA Camp Merit Badge Blue Cards available. Here are instructions:

1.Go to www.winnebagobsa.org
2. click my council and login.
3. Then to unit dashboard and then registration and click the view button and then go to members.
4. Then go to the U Can at the Upper Right hand corner and select Download completion records.
