Citizenship in Society Eagle Scout requirements clarification

Important Changes for Eagle Scout Requirements. The Eagle requirements (1 through 6) must be completed before July 1st.  The application does not have to be verified, nor the Board of Review held before 7/1.  But if any requirements are not finished before 7/1/22 the Scout must do Cit. in Society.
