Position Summary
Provides day-to-day customer service to parents and volunteers. Maintains registration, advancement and Eagle records. This is a non-supervisory position.
Accountabilities
- Cheerfully greet and serve parents and volunteers, providing superior customer service via multiple methods of communication, including phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of registration procedures and process records for registration, advancement and Eagle awards.
- Answer phones, process daily mail and filing.
Proficiencies
- Windows
- Microsoft products and aptitude for learning new software
- General office equipment including copiers, postage machine, etc.
- Handle multiple requests and demands on their time effectively, efficiently and in a friendly manner.
- Work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Must be bondable and proficient in working with money, counting change, and simple math.

Experience & Education
- High school graduate required with some college preferred
- One-year experience with customer service
