Help Needed with the Wabuha and Twin Rivers Fall Camporee ASAP!

The Wabuha and Twin Rivers Districts will be having a combined Fall Camporee on September 29-30. We are looking for a relaxed program schedule with this Camporee (compared to previous Camporees) as we want the boys to participate in the Rendezvous activities. However, we are still in need of help (from both Wabuha and Twin Rivers) in ensuring we have a successful Camporee. Some potential activities that we are looking to do are Bull Whip, Knife Throwing, Caber Toss, Fire Building, Knots & Lashings, Orienteering, Tomahawk Throw, Bucksaw, etc.

If you are able to assist with our upcoming Fall Camporee at Fort Atkinson Rendezvous on September 28-30 we NEED YOU to attend our planning committee meeting this Saturday the 8th at 8:30 a.m. at the Fort. It is crunch time and there are things that must happen ASAP– looking at the City Park grounds, discussing activities, layout, etc. (The meeting MUST be done by 10:30 a.m.) Please inform Steph Becker of your attendance NO LATER than noon on Thursday, September 6, 2012 by calling 319-234-2867 or emailing him at [email protected].
