Interested in Technology? Join HYPERSTREAM!

Are you a high school student in grade 9-12 interested in technology such as game design, cyber defense, or multimedia? HyperStream is the club for you!

HyperStream gives you the inside edge on how technology is overtaking the world and how you can join the revolution. Get a leg-up on college by winning scholarships, working as part of a team competing against other teams, and hands-on exploration and experimentation with technology through competition and service learning.

Choose from areas such as:

• Game Design- Design a game for middle school students and learn aspects such as artistic appeal, content, and writing and documenting code.
• Cyber Defense- Play the role of IT support staff, designing, configuring, and securing a network of computers, along with defending the network from hackers.
• Multimedia- Use photography, music, video, and PowerPoint to create exciting promotional profjects.

Come learn more at the first HYPERSTREAM meeting! All high school students in grade 9-12 are invited to attend on Thursday, January 14th, 2013, at 5:30 p.m. at VGM in Building C (1107 San Marnan, Waterloo).
