The LAMB Award was presented to Jeremy Heyer, Charles City at the November 1st, 2016 Twin Rivers District Roundtable. Mr. Heyer is a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Charles City. Those making the presentation included Pastor Frey from Trinity Lutheran Church in New Hampton and two LAMB recipients, James Hughes, Cresco & Stephen Becker, Waterloo. The LAMB Award is a national recognition bestowed on Lutheran adults by the National Lutheran Association on Scouting. The purpose of The LAMB Award is twofold: 10 to acknowledge the distinguished service of Lutheran adults in fostering the spiritual growth of youth through church and civic youth serving agency programs and 2) to increase the use and quality of the civic agency programs in Lutheran congregations as part of their ministries with youth.
