You can always stop in to get a free weight check. We will have a practice track set up and free tool demonstrations from 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Bring Dad along!

Throughout each year, the Winnebago Council receives many applicants to the rank of Eagle. This year we recognize the Eagle Scout Class of 2015!

On November 19, 2015, the Cub Scout Pack 3179 from Lincoln Elementary in Cedar Falls honored it’s 2nd year Webelos that had fulfilled all of the necessary requirements to earn their Arrow of Light, the highest award in Cub Scouting.

Troop 55 in Cedar Falls is holding their annual Ground Hog Supper Fundraiser! BBQ pork sandwiches, special made baked beans, chips, homemade desserts and drinks for only $5!

An update on the end of the year, rechartering program, required for all units who want to be considered active members of the council.

The National Scout Shops are providing an opportunity for the scouting community to help local scout members who may be in need of uniforms and uniform items. This will be done through the Ethan Giving Tree event starting 11/14/15 and running through 12/19/15.

In the closing weeks of the Autumn Season, local council volunteers and executive board members spend time refining the outside of the Horse Barn at Ingawanis Adventure Base.
