Just a quick reminder that all Packs and Troops are due to complete their annual re-chartering by December 31st. All paperwork must be processed on-line, printed, signed, and received by the Winnebago Council Service Center along with all associated fees, your Journey To Excellence report, Annual Charter Agreement, and any needed applications prior to noon on December 31st. Any units not completing their paperwork on-time will no longer be registered with the Boy Scouts of America and the Winnebago Council beginning January 1st. No meetings can be scheduled, advancement earned, or activities participated in until the paperwork is completed.
