The Unit Re-chartering process is beginning in October with the distribution of the unit rosters and registration codes at the October Roundtables. Units unable to attend the October Roundtables should contact their Unit Commissioner or District Executive to obtain their packets. Each district will be scheduling a Re-chartering workshop in early November for units to complete their re-charters online. More details will be shared by your District Commissioner staff. All Cub Scout Packs and Boy SCout Troops are scheduled to re-charter on December 31, 2014, for the 2015 program year. All adult leaders intending to re-charter must be current in their Youth Protection Training within the past two years in order to be listed on the unit re-charter.
