Welcome New Scout Shop Manager, Richard Christie

Richard was born in Waterloo and lived in Cedar Falls graduating in 1966. He has a BA in Business and Marketing with an emphasis on retailing. After a long period of employment with JCPenney in Waterloo, Springfield, Il and Chicago. He returned to the area to operate his own jewelry store which he operated until 1995. Richard served as a sales associate for Josephs Jewelers in Des Moines and finally returned to Waterloo. A father of four, grandfather of three and husband of 35+ years, he and his wife Linda and children have been involved in Scouting over the years and is well-prepared to handle the duties of the Scout Shop and is looking forward to meeting you when you visit the store.
