ROUNDTABLE LOCATION CHANGE for Sun Rivers and Wabuha

Heartland Vineyard Church called this morning to inform us of a terrible and unfortunate situation that occurred. A baby of one of their staff members passed away very recently and the visitation is on Thursday night at the church. They asked us to find another location (for this month only) as they are using most of the church Thursday night for the visitation. Immediately, I contacted Orchard Hill Church to see if we can use their church Thursday night and they are more than willing to help us out.

Please pass along to everyone you can that the Sun Rivers District Committee Meeting (6:00pm) & Sun Rivers / Wabuha Roundtable Meeting (7:15pm) will be at Orchard Hill Church (3900 Orchard Hill Dr., Cedar Falls, IA 50613 – this is a couple of blocks directly North of Heartland Vineyard Church). Please see the attached document or click here for the map. The Wabuha District Committee Meeting is cancelled for October and will resume in November. Please enter through “Entrance G”. As always, each Pack, Troop, & Crew should have at least one (1) representative attend the Monthly Roundtable Meeting (except in June & July) to gather the pertinent and useful information handed out (or verbally mentioned). We encourage multiple leaders/parents from the same Pack, Troop, or Crew to attend together or round robin the meetings (having a different person attend each month). Please let me know if a representative from your Pack, Troop, or Crew cannot be present at this Thursday’s meeting. Thank you!
